A 14volt LifePo4 battery inverter 220v 60hz....and a 12v adapter at the end.

This is hard to build(in this simulator I mean!) the way that was not getting accurate results until I configure the transformer winding and changing the cap values of the inverter.........I actually wanted to build a MOSFET version of it.....but this was a little easier than that! I was getting 224v and after some time the voltage spiked to some 5kv....I can't rectify this problem........I need some help on that. And the very rightmost resistor is the load resistance (meaning....the load of cource!)..........I chose the lithium battery becos of its high energy density. And lastly you could also change the 555 timer with old transistor oscillator..... Have fun guys!

Use a transistor to controll the primary coil

I tried with n channel mosfet but i am having some trouble with the output

Yes your right......555 timer can only sink and source at very low current(200ma or so!).......in real life its not possible to power anythink.......thanx....i will creat another one using bjt.....
