Sequential order check 0-9

Reference to thomaslss synchronize logic. It checks if 9 (binary 1 an 8) on output then zeroes out the 10 (2 an 8) for the next clocked load, I believe that's how Thomas did it too. This way we never see hex A (dec 10, bin 1010)
