dont know what your requirements are, but this is a measurement amplifier input 10mV peak differential and with the correct wiring a and use of opamp inputs it does get out 10Vp peak single ended. Corner frequency is about 720Hz. Check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6318434137407488
