Default NMOSFET resistance measurement in linear and saturated regions.

The resistance is calculated using Vds/Id. In the ohmic/linear region (Vds < Vgs-Vturnon). Here Vds=3V - Vgs = 5V - Id = 6.4mA Rds= 468.75 Ohm -Vgs = 10V -Id=16.8mA Rds= 178.57 Ohm In the saturated region (Vds >=Vgs-Vturnon). Here Vds = 10V - Vgs = 5V - Id = 9.83mA Rds = 1017.29 Ohm - Vgs = 10V - Id = 43.1mA Rds = 232 Ohm

All well and good for the Default mosfet, but remember that we can alter the mosfet settings which would change the effective Rds to almost any other value
