Battery on upper right is really red alligator clip to attach to circuit power supply. Bottom ground is black alligator clip to circuit ground. Line in middle of resistors is test probe . Switches on left supply different input signals between one and five volts. Green diode light is 9/20 * power supply or less. Red diode light is 11/20* supply voltage or greater.
