Depress or hold switch & led stays on.
Depress or hold switch again & led stays off.
My new Design.
1. RC circuit is a logic charge feedback input from the output, it changes to logic 0v.
2. Press or hold switch and top INV input goes 0v, top INV Led goes on, bottom INV goes off that holds top INV on. RC charges to logic 1 when switch is released.
3. Press or hold switch again, and top INV and Led goes off, bottom INV goes on that holds top INV off. RC charges to logic 0v when switch is released.
Note
May use another diode in reverse parallel to the diode above to ensure logic 0v on bottom INV input.
10k can be 10-20k, 5k can be 5-10k, cap can be 10-20uf.
