Discrete SMPS With Overvoltage Protection

Yeah I've been trying to eliminate the overshoot, and i got around the floating regulator at the most right. It senses if the voltage rises beyond 5.4V and sharply starts leading current to ground, thus limiting the output voltage. You may see this in action by opening the switch on the load after a while which causes the coil to dump the excess current into the capacitor, or at least it tries. The floating regulator limits this rise. I like discrete circuits, not that the whole side on thr left can't be replaced by an opamp.
