using current sense resistor to detect the current through the coil. 

instrumentation amplifier detects the current, controls the drive transistors which switch the fets.   high side is bootstrapped hurz style. 

capacitance across the switch network gives some delay which is causing a terrible shoot through current to develop.

but it's a cool idea nonetheless; the series resonant circuit makes a high voltage without running it through a transformer

that is cool, I looked at the shoot through and wish I had an idea but nothing I tried helped.

I can mitigate some by coupling both gate drive lines together with a 330pF cap, but it hurts efficiency
