Very simple 5V digital impulse presence detector. It issue logical high level in output if 5V signal is passed to input. Output signal can be improved by passing it through OP based comparator, logical gate or MCU GPIO.
In real life application used to detect presence of 5V PWM signal and issue logical high level in output if signal is present.
