Plz help me out. I don't know why my led blink. Plz tell me what i do now

It blinks just because this is a full wave rectifier, but it has no capacitor in order to mantain the voltage level. First of all, connect a resistor with the LED in order not to burn it. And in parallel of those two, connect a capacitor. Play with the input voltage, the cap and resistor values until it satisfies your requeriments.

For desired current through LED, resistance value should be V/I. Capacitance can be high enough to maintain smooth voltage, more capacitance means more smoothness, just choose high value around 1mF to 10mF.
