This circuit represents the relationship between Voltage and Current in series inductive/capacitive circuits. Top right: Resistor V&I are in phase. 2nd Top right: Resistor + Capacitor I lags V by ~90 degrees 2nd Bottom right: Resistor + Inductor V lags I by ~90 degrees Bottom Right: V&I are in phase By adjusting L & C to resonance, V&I are in phase. Fr = 1/(2*Pi*sqr(L*C)) 50hz = 1/(2*Pi*sqr(10mH*1mF))
