Too much wrong things here: Why 15V power supply? That can break the 555, use 5V, it's better. Why two power supplies? Connect the button to the positive side of the top power supply and done. Why such a high timeing resistor and tiny capacitor? Use a bigger capacitor and a 1K resistor. And last one, the control capacitor is not necessary

555 is fine for 15V rail and has maximum rating of 18V.

be careful robbi, 555 is not 555, and "20mA" is not the limit. So dont start to call anyone a noob, cause it looks like its a while ago you tried to supply 555 with 18V. Most you get cheap on the market, ebay or amazon, can take only 12V. Try before cry.

If you buy your components from eBay you may well get crap. The Texas Instruments NE555 has a Vmax rating of 18V. There are others but I’m not giving up any more of my time looking them up as I’ve already shown you are talking rubbish.
