Half Duplex 3.3v to 5v Logic Level Shifter

Takes a 3.3v active-high logic signal (to the left) and outputs a 5v logic active-high signal on the right. The SPDT and SPST switches are there to set the effects of load capacitance and output impedance on the output rise and fall times.
