Adjust the Voltage source from 0V (10mV) to 1V
You should be able to see the point where Diode current increases exponentially, hence revealing the knee point
The breakdown voltage could also be found by flipping the voltage source and gradually increase the voltage from 10mV to the breakdown voltage
