Two capacitors with signal generator in upper left represent XTAL crystal for transmitter frequency.  355 pF capacitor is adjustable capacitor.  Right vertical line is antenna output.  Push button is Morse key.

This circuit needs low pass filter to remove harmonics to use at high RF power levels.
