1 Hz LED Blinking

3V DC, 1 LED , 2 Transistors, 4 Resistors, 1 Capacitor. I adjusted the elements of this circuit for 1 Hz Blinking. Same frequency can be reached with another values for the elements, it can work with 3 resistors (without the horizontal resistor), but that's what I made.
