Change the zener voltage to the desired voltage for the required protection. I.e. if protection is to trigger at 20V, select a 20V zener. If required at 12V select a 12V zener. Happy protecting, Note, care needs to be taken to ensure the maximum gate voltage is not exceeded when the NPN BJT conducts.
