The Revox B750 is a high-fidelity integrated amplifier manufactured by Studer-Revox in the 1970s (approx. 1977–1982). It was the brand's top-of-the-range equipment at the time, designed for both audiophile users and studios seeking Swiss quality and robustness.
Phono Stage (MM):
The B750 incorporates a phono preamplifier for MM (Moving Magnet) cartridges:
• Sensitivity: approximately 2–3 mV / 47 kΩ, ideal for standard MM cartridges of the era (Shure, Ortofon, AKG, etc.).
• Frequency response (Phono): 20 Hz – 20 kHz ±0.5 dB, with precise RIAA equalization.
• Signal-to-noise ratio: ~70 dB (very good for the 1970s).
• No MC (Moving Coil) stage is included, so MC cartridges require an external transformer or pre-amp.

Audiophile Value
• The B750's phono stage is highly regarded: musical, warm, and detailed, with low noise.
• It competes very well even with modern mid-range external phono preamplifiers.
• Today, many consider it a vintage gem for vinyl, as well as a reference integrated.
