Not a bad design, but your resistor level is lower than needed. Average LED mAh drain is around 20. 30mAh isn't bad, but doesn't produce any higher quality output, just shortening battery runtime. Bring your LED's down to around 20mAh and you will increase battery life an average of 12%. Hope you find it helpful. :)

thanks for the advice! But this project I have copied it from a strip led selling with leds plcc2 :-)
