That's a one way circuit without exit. No current flow at all. Only voltages going up and down and no electric energy is transformed into another form of energy. So its doing nothing new :-(

I can't figure out how to build a grounded RF circuit with AC power source and both voltage and amperage.

RF is for experts ;-) start with more simple things and ohm's law!
