RCC circuit for driving a power LED from 230VAC. This scematic shows only working principle and shouldnt be used as reference design.

To the base of the switching transistor,, negative of zener snd a diode are a capacitor and sn inductor which are just shorted out, and one end is just floating... Would you plz. Check!?

guys, in both of your circuits, what is the 30uF 1kOhm for, it has no impact at all!

but this is also in your circuit kiani. Anyway, its just a little snuffer part. What i would simplify for this setup here is the current sink at out. The voltage is stable enough around 4V, so a simple resistor will do the job, and its already there in its size of the shunt ;-) both transistor are not really needed. It would be interessting for higher voltage ranges for more elastic.
