A high power differential OP-Amp. The 1uF capacitor is to keep the simulator from saying "Cannot find solution". The efficiency seems to be around 65%.

Hi just add a 1uF cap between the ground and where the contact of your relay used to be. You can now remove the relay and the DC source.
