Okay so first your layout is a it messy. Clean things up and even more complicated circuits will be readable alot better. For the or function you don't actually need two transistors, one will do just fine. Then you're transistor base current is way to high. Adding a limiting resistor is required here. And you're LED current might also be a bit high depending on what LED you use.

The 10mOhm is just for sim and would be stray resistance of the leads in reality.
