This circuit will not works in real. You have to increase mosfet channel width because 1um cause high Rdson and power losses are to high. Second topic is that you have high overvoltage that will damage transistor due to 10uH inductance, you will see it if you decrease simulation time. And I am afraid that transformer will saturate because you use 50percent duty cycle which is critical value.
