IGBT Transistor Equivalent Circuit

IGBTs are transistors used for very high voltage applications. Unfortunately EveryCircuit only has MOSFETs and Bipolar transistors atm. So if you need like 6 IGBTs or more and they each need some pulse generator they fill up most of the screen (which is quite limiting).

Green = Gate voltage

Six IGBT's with pulse generators ^^. Sounds like you are trying to build a coil gun.
