Z = (D + A . (B + C))' is the function that has been implemented.
Try changing the value of A, B, C and D and check for the glowing of LED.
Before doing the same draw the truth table of the circuit on paper.
Then verify whether the LED ON in circuit is the same as Logic 1 in truth table and vice versa.
