I don’t get the purpose of this filter. What is it for and what is the purpose of it peaking at 28.5Hz with a range of 7Hz to 110Hz at -3dB? Is it a subwoofer filter? If it is, why not just say so in the description? Also, if it is, why have so much circuitry when you could just have a nice big fat coil and a separate preamp?

Nothing said about subwoofer, so what is this filter suppose to be for? BTW, 220nF as feedback is a bit small, could be even 440nF to sharpen the filter chracteristics.

Sorry guys, I was just trying to show someone something and must've accidentally made the circuit public.

He wanted a second order low pass active filter for something with a corner frequency of 150Hz or something.

Anyway hurz, that's a good idea, but I didn't know what rejection slope he wanted so I just made a very basic filtration.

I suppose this is better yeah

Increase by a factor of 3.3 from 100nF to 330nF makes this kind of filter instable/ringing. Double from 100nF to 200nf can be done without any danger.
