If you just want the answer (rather than by calculation) then connect an ohmmeter across the circuit at the points of interest. Note that if it is the resistance across the two left-most points the resistance is 0 Ohms since both sides are grounded. Hope this helps.

If you want the resistance across the two left-most points you need to remove one ground, then connect ohmmeter across those points.
