Sorry, but this is wrong. Never use the positive input as only feedback for an OpAmp or you get a schmitt trigger. Swap +- inputs to be correct. The negative input must be your point of feedback!

You should not just copy circuits from the internet, you wont learn electronics that way. Einstein said, if you understood something, you must be able to explain it in a simple sentence. Can you explain me in one sentence why you need a feedback?
