Hello all, it appears that circuit is working properly, so exactly how does Op-amp working? Whenever I adjust Gain from Op-amp and result is various for voltage. Though, current is same. Thank

Voltage will only get as high as rail set by opamp your gain is at rail max, make gain higher ie put +-16 up or lower gain to stop maxing out voltage
