A decoder is important for computers when it receives a signal via 1's and 0's, when in input is put in from the counter it takes the signal like let's say 0111 which passes into the decoder and decodes it to a useful form that we can read, then the "0111" output through the logic gates, in the picture up there it shows that 0111 passes through the logic gates and then becomes 10, the 10 output interns and XOR gate to "1" which passes through the T-flip-flop over and over then it passes through the MOSFET Which gets "1" and "0" which is the same as the output and the outputs of both components are "0" it passes through the "Carry" and "Borrow" ends of the counter restarting the process 0111>10-1=1>1>0=out0=11100

Very very interesting. I don't understand all very well but I keep hope. Why the inverted pyramid of logic gates is made this way ? I mean : how did you choose the various logic gates of the pyramid ? I suppose there is reasons...
