I modified the transmission line circuit and the result were these waves. The point here is, why do they have this behavior? Is almost symmetric with respect to time.

Your LC filters are not in resonance. That's why the wave is distorted. Because the filter is at a different frequency and a lot of harmonics are produced. The resonant frequency is 6.36Ghz and you should either replace the 1Gohm resistor with a 500fF cap or keep the resistor and raplace the last inductor with a 500fF cap.

Worth noting that the waves aren't distorted with a 50ohm load as in the original instead of 1Gohm.
