Thy to do it with two normally open swotches, the you have an inefficient JK flip flop.

@LeButch, except for the voltage, what is drawn is the industry standard for this circuit. There is a few variations, and multipole contacts can make it better.

@BillyT, youngster with zero knowledge/expirience think they can solve any problem with semicoductor and totaly ignore or forget or "eaven" never learned and realised there are much more and better/simpler solutions like the good old high quality relay with multipole switches to switch in one shoot 5 or more different potentials levels in voltages. But they feel so super clever ...
