When R1=R3 and R2=R4, Vout = (V1-V2)R2/R1. If R1=R2=R3=R4 then Vout=(V1-V2) V1=V+, V2 = V- R1 is left of V-, R2 is above V- R3 is left of V+, R4 is V+ to ground
