Cannot find solution. Why? Avere are the problem.

I dont really know what causes this. But if you increase the resistance between ground and your LEDs it gets better. If you look at the current through your LEDs you will see weird stuff happening.. guess the problem lies with that. What is the purpose of the circuit?

Not too good practice, but you can also remove the 100 Ohm resistor, change the LEDs' operating voltage to 5V and 1A current, and connect the output straight to ground...
