7-segment decoder using relays.

This is the version with the C capitalized.
The number of 1c contacts used has been reduced from 16 to 10.
Until now, the design has prioritized response speed, but by using a multi-stage differential sequence—where the output from the C contact is fed into the coil—we can reduce the number of contacts to the absolute minimum.
However, this makes it more difficult for the coils to share resources, and it also increases latency.
Version 5 seems to offer better usability.
