This binary clock was developed by a german engineer named Dieter Binninger and was a Tourie attraction from 1975-1996. It WORX according to set theory. Pure math that most of the people didn't fancy too much. It sure twisted some brains...
Someone must have pinched it.... :)

Gotta admit 17:24 o clock is the correct answer. Rudy54 won... :) somebody got an idea to do the electronics to it? Space is truly limited for that I reckon...
