Wie spät ist es? What's the time? Quelle heur et ill? Que hora es? WHO's smart ass comment will match the truth? Who can tell the time from the BERLIN UHR? Who can Build the electronic circuit on this platform ? Guess that person who can read it.... ✌️😄✌ This binary clock was developed by a german engineer named Dieter Binninger and was a Tourie attraction from 1975-1996. It WORX according to set theory. Pure math that most of the people didn't fancy too much. It sure twisted some brains... Someone must have pinched it.... :) Enjoy brain teasin' twistin' n sqeezin'

Gotta admit 17:24 o clock is the correct answer. Rudy54 won... :) somebody got an idea to do the electronics to it? Space is truly limited for that I reckon...
