The resistance of the resistor is 100Ω so the 400μF capacitor uses 100x less energy before it drains, when current is flowing from the capacitor and resistor it the capacitor charges up from 1% to 100.4%, but when you stop it to were volts (V) bumps into amps (A) and releasing 100mL of pure negativity charged electron, but when you flip the switch back the capacitor holds it until letting it go.
