Cannot fix the 90° phase shift. Well it juices it up some.

I think the shift is caused by the inductor and capacitor in the circuit.

What ar purpose of those two RL filter branches at output with this cap hooked like to form resonant circuit but it doesn't resonate and actually is marked as output.
