The pot represents a 10K NTC (beta=4059): green to yellow @ 3.33 kOhm (~55°C), yellow to red @ 1.81 kOhm (~70°C), red to yellow @ 3.01 kOhm (~55°C) and yellow to green @ 6.01 kOhm (~35°C).
The hysteresis will change in physical circuit if the op-amp can not go all the way up to the upper rail. This can be solved by powering the resistor dividers from a spare op-amp.
