I don't recommend using an opamp to drive a transformer but this is just a simple circuit Shake to start or wait a few seconds Outputs +/-85VDC to go through a 60Hz H-bridge amplifier to run mains equipment Third op amp to show expected output if using a good high voltage bridge to repurpose the AC wave Slow the scale down to 300us/s to watch the high frequency pulses of the circuit, back to ms/s for the sinewave output

there are some zany line driving opamps in old TVs that will push a few watts, they have big fins and heatsinks. you can also use the speaker driver chips, some of them have very high impedance inputs and they crank amps out

Yeah, didn't think about that, I was using the good old lm387 lol
