Take the second input from the first output. The (-) of the second opamp from the yellow line of the first. The way you've made it the second output is somewhat dephased.

I like the way it is. Keep the triangle and pass it to a schmitt trigger with variable hysteresis to make a nice phase shift. Keep it up!!
