Really weird: in this configuration would require a source of more than 4 volts for the LED light. But the source is set to 1 volt and LED light anyway. I think this is due to the very high frequency (1GHz) of the signal. But I don't know why ???

Yes in fact iaf you turn the source to 1Mhz the leds doesn't light up
