A few things here, a 3.66 Henry inductor? That's got to be huge! Also, you normally drive leds by constant current, so put a resistor in series with them and adjust it so the current though the led is the rated 20 milliamps. Finally, the LEDs should be wired in parallel with the motor, otherwise the input voltage has to be much higher to account for the voltage drop across the LEDs, and the current required would be so large it would burn out the LEDs and open the circuit before the motor even begins to spin. A motor needs a few amps to start spinning and about an amp to keep spinning(at least in this app, it's different depending on the size of the motor and loading), however leds only need 20 milliamps, that's 0.02 amps.
