It seems to be some sort of oscillator in which the duty cycle is dependent upon the frequencies of the two AC sources and which uses the resistors to adjust the CL gain.

It is basically an inverting amp. You can eliminate the top power source, capacitor, resistor and the feedback wire and have the same results by just leaving the + side grounded. You can add a 500 ohm resistor and a lamp and ground to the opamp output to see the results. Good job keep posting and check the Examples tab for more description.
