N mosfet lambda adjustment in EC

See how the blue return current back to zero is not necessarily an exact same path as that current when it is rising. The paths can be fine tuned in the EC mosfet lambda setting....it basically refers to the channel length modulation. It is probably best just to ignore the lambda for most cases. Notice that the gate threshold still remains very near the 1.5v VTO setting here....Alter the lambda here and see the oscilloscope changes.
