The buck converter I use to smooth current for the peltier element (1 Ohm resistor load) when driven by 1kHz PWM signal (Arduino pin)

The mosfet used is IRFZ44N power mosfet. I don't know how to set its parameters in "EveryCircuit": KP, KVO and others. ANyone can help?

Click on the transistor then click the wrench at the bottom left then click on me rectangle bar that says what the transistor stats are it will bring up extra menus which has all of that

That works with most components in the game they got tons of stuff in this app it's great

OK, I think I did not express myself clearly. I know how to set those values, but I actually do not knwo WHAT values to set. F.ex.: IFRZ44N datasheet does not provide KP, KVO, width, height and other parameters "EveryCircuit" asks for. Instead, datasheet provide something like: Vgs. Id, Vds, Vdgr, etc... can you help me what is what? I have similar problem with diode parameters. I use MBR1560CT rectifier (2 out of 3 legs) as I couldn;t get other one. Help appreciated.

i know a simple trick to do that : put 10v on the gate of the mosfet and an ohmmeter from drain to source and then change the two upper parameters to get the same resistance provided by the datasheet

The VTO is the gate threshold voltage, given in the datasheet

Lukmar i asked the same for general on transistors but all i can get is EC is using standard settings that is not part of datasheet, but to give us what we really need to start off with final math on paper, not here. So to short, get the idea how circuit works and hit up the Google to collect all datasheets based what you see on EC.
