При засветке фотодиода фотореле начинает прерывисто пищать. В схеме применена ИМС К651ЛА7 (CD4011) или К561ТЛ1 (CD4093).  Можно применить К561ЛЕ5 (CD4001), но для этого нужно перевернуть диод и поменять местами резистор и фотодиод. Диод может быть любой.

If you light the photodiode, the circuit will start to generate a intermittent sound signal. In the circuit applied IC CD4011 or CD4093.  You can use CD4001, but you need to flip the diode and swap the resistor and the photodiode. Diode can be any.

The LED is not connected to the circuit, so how can it affect the operation.
