ITALIANO: Nel circuito é stato implementato un segnale di pochi micro-Volts per la simulazione di un segnale di rumore il quale é indispensabile per l'instauro dell'oscillazione. P.S. L'oscillazione richiede del tempo per divenire stabile. ENGLISH: In the circuit was implented a signal of few micro-Volts for the simulation of a noise signal (who is indispensable for the establishment of the oscillation). P.S. The oscillation takes time to become stable.

Its called "Wien Bridge" and its not stable, so your circuit is going into clipping and the sinwave looks quite deformed. Anyway, if you just need a frequency its an OK circuit. But if you need a sinwave you should probably search for a solution.

Thank Hurz for your comment.. Can I ask you what kind of solution can resolve the problem of the sinwave? It's a problem with the maximal or minimal output of the amplifier (saturation) ? Or we can't have a "perfect" sinus with a Wien bridge? P.S. Excuse my bad english..

there is no perfect oscillator at all. Anyway, wien bridges have a special difficulty. the loop gain must be exactly 3.0! if infinite lower the oscillation dies out. If infinite little to high it is going into clipping sooner or later. There are several technics to solve this issue be adapting the gain automatical around 3.0. But all these technics will cause distortion, but a stable oscillation. For further reading here on EC I recommand "Wien Bridge Stable Amplitude" and also "Gain OpAmp Non Inverting". Hope this helps.
