This is a ring oscillator.Oscillation start by amplifying the noise residing in the circuit. The output is clock and clock'(inversion). *The numbers of inverter in the ring must be odd.

What are you going to do with a 215 Hz clock

I was gonna use it in D Flip flop which i made using nMos and not gate. Number of inverter in the ring is inversely proportional to frequency.

What is the frequency you get in reality? Several MHz ?

Frequency =1/2*t*n,where t=delay and n=number of inverter. So the least the value of gate and delay the higher will be frequency. Reduce delay and you will get higher frequency.

That wasn't my question. Im just keen to know what you got in reality. Haven't you build it on a breadboard?
